She oversees a bespoke operational framework designed to support firms of all sizes with technically demanding and multi-expert cases. From coordinating high-performing teams to managing layered instructions involving numerous specialists, diagnostics, and treatment centres, her role centres on structure, accountability, and clear communication.

INNEG has built a nationwide network of over 13,000 medical expert witnesses across a broad range of disciplines. Under Vanessa’s operational leadership, that network functions as a practical resource rather than a directory - ensuring the right expert is identified, instructed, and managed efficiently, even in the most intricate claims.

Her approach is direct: act as a seamless extension of a solicitor’s department. The goal is to operate as a dedicated remote workforce, eliminating the need for fee earners to chase experts, organise records, or coordinate assessments.

Vanessa thrives in fast-moving environments, values collaborative problem-solving, and believes operational discipline is what allows complex cases to progress with confidence rather than chaos.

Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, she moved to the UK in 2001. Outside of work, most of her time is spent on the sidelines of cricket, rugby, netball, and hockey pitches supporting her two very sporty children - alongside her husband and the family’s cavapoo.
