Dr Leisa Freeman, FRCP, FESC, FHEA, FRCOG (Ad Eundum), is an Honorary Consultant Cardiologist who established the adult congenital cardiac service at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. She has extensive experience in congenital and acquired cardiac conditions and has been undertaking medico-legal work since 2004, with a claimant to defendant ratio of 40:60. Dr Freeman serves on the MDU Council and the Secretary of State for Transport’s cardiovascular committee. Though retired from NHS practice in 2021, she continues medico-legal work and will revalidate in 2023.
